Individual psychotherapy is one on one therapy. It is separate from counselling because it focuses on long-term work, and draws from principles of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. We expect commitment for longer duration when opting for individual psychotherapy. There is no fixed duration for therapy and it can differ from client to client.
Couples therapy involves one (or more) therapists working with a couple. Relationships can be a difficult terrain to navigate, and couples therapy can help you walk with each other with more intent.
Workshops are administered in a group therapy involving 4 and more people. It has a set purpose and objective and usually ends in a few sessions. The range of this session can vary from 1 to n.

My schedule works like:
- I do not take in walk-ins.
- I take in clients only with prior appointments.
- Payment has to be made prior to each session.
